SALES & RENTAL: The equipment Sales & Rental Division has secured the distribution fo the following reputable earthmoving, truck and power generation brands for Zimbabwe, which customers can buy or rent on an hourly, daily or monthly basis: Powerstar, Shantui, Hitachi Construction Machinery, Wirtgen, Terex Trucks, Bobcat, Cummins Power Generation.
PARTS: Specialising in the stocking and sales of OEM parts for all the Machinery Exchange dealerships and after market parts to cover a full range of other associated brand equipment. As well as assisting customers with all their technical queries. We also manage the undercarriage wearing parts inspection and maintenance programme known as "Wear Track". This is a FREE service offered to customers. The Parts Division distributes three main brands in Zimbabwe: ITR Africa, Techmax Parts, Cummins Fleetguard Filtration
ENGINEERING:Boilermakers,machinists,welders and undercarriage technicians, are able to repair and recondition buckets,H Frames,swing levers,Z Bars and associated linkages, as well as machining of pins, bushes and line boring-both in the shop and on site. Furthermore with its 200 ton track press offer rehabilitation and reconditioning of all undercarriage components, and field service repairs.
The repairing and reconditioning of buckets and blades for earthmoving machines and the rebuilding, repair of linkages. Services offered include:
CO2 and electric Arc Welding, Fixed and Mobile Line Boring, Machining and Hardening, Shrink fitting bushes, Fabrication.
